The intern will port Agile Assay Design pipelines into Galaxy.
The intern will also learn to develope his/her own bioinformatics pipelines for PCR or NGS data analysis.

Qualifications:
Major: Bioinformatcis or biology major who is interested and wants to learn Biocomputing, At least 2 years of college.
