Practical knowledge of analysis of Next generation sequence datasets (amplicon sequencing, whole metagenome, and complete genome sequencing) with reference to microbes. Analysis and statistical validation of NGS data generated from different chemistry platforms. Some wet-lab experience in microbial system would be an added advantage as project involves some travel.
