	<title><![CDATA[Opera: An optimal genome scaffolding program]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Opera (Optimal Paired-End Read Assembler) is a sequence assembly program (</span><a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sequence_assembly" target="_blank">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sequence_assembly&nbsp;<img src="https://a.fsdn.com/con/img/icons/external_asset.png" alt="image" style="border: 0px;"></a><span>).
