	<description><![CDATA[<p>The&nbsp;<em>GenomeTools</em>&nbsp;genome analysis system is a&nbsp;<a href="http://genometools.org/license.html">free</a>&nbsp;collection of bioinformatics&nbsp;<a href="http://genometools.org/tools.html">tools</a>&nbsp;(in the realm of genome informatics) combined into a single binary named&nbsp;<em>gt</em>.
