	<title><![CDATA[COSINE: non-seeding method for mapping long noisy sequences]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Third generation sequencing (TGS) are highly promising technologies but the long and noisy reads from TGS are difficult to align using existing algorithms.
