Essential Qualification Ph.d / M.Sc./ M.Phil (Bioinformatics) With 1st division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience in the relevant subject.

Technician

B.Tech. or Master degree in computer science/Computer Engineering /MCA or equivalent. Desirable qualification: Experience in Java/ C++/ PHP/ PERL/ Python etc. based application development using Linux, Apache and MySQL/Oracle.

Emoluments Rs.24000/- p.m. + 30% HRA for Ph.D holders / Rs.23000/- p.m. + 30% HRA for Master Degree holders A consolidated pay Rs.25000/- per month.

Registration for Participation/Presentation/Competitions is open now. The ‘Motif’15’ brochure and registration form can be downloaded from this website. Those who wish to participate in the symposium or in any of the event can send us the filled in registration form via post.Those who wish to present a paper or poster are requested to send your abstracts on or before 25.02.2015 and wait for the confirmation of presentation by 26.02.2015.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Ph.D. Degree in Basic Sciences from recognized University. Research experience in Bioinformatics or on gene cloning, protein purification, and crystallization.

*M.Sc. degree obtained after a one year course will not be considered.

Selected candidate will have to join at the earliest.

Consolidated Salary: Rs.28,600/- p.m. {Rs.22,000/- + 30% HRA}

The work progress of the candidate will be monitored and extension after 6 months will depend on satisfactory progress of the work.
