	<title><![CDATA[GenomeThreader: Gene Prediction Software]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><em>GenomeThreader</em><span>&nbsp;is a software tool to compute gene structure predictions. The gene structure predictions are calculated using a similarity-based approach where additional cDNA/EST and/or protein sequences are used to predict gene structures via spliced alignments.&nbsp;</span><em>GenomeThreader</em><span>&nbsp;was motivated by disabling limitations in&nbsp;</span><a href="http://bioinformatics.iastate.edu/cgi-bin/gs.cgi"><em>GeneSeqer</em></a><span>, a popular gene prediction program which is widely used for plant genome annotation.</span></p><p>Address of the bookmark: <a href="http://genomethreader.org/" rel="nofollow">http://genomethreader.org/</a></p>]]></description>

The&nbsp;</span><a href="http://www.r-project.org/">R</a><span>&nbsp;package is distributed as platform independent source code under the&nbsp;</span><a href="http://www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html">GPL version 3 license</a><span>. 	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>GenoViz provides software applications and re-usable components for data visualization and data sharing in genomics. 	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>DnaSP, DNA Sequence Polymorphism, is a software package for the analysis of DNA polymorphisms using data from a single locus (a multiple sequence aligned -MSA data), or from several loci (a Multiple-MSA data, such as formats generated by some assembler RAD-seq software). 	<title><![CDATA[CGView.js is a Circular Genome Viewing tool]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>CGView.js is a&nbsp;<span>C</span>ircular&nbsp;<span>G</span>enome&nbsp;<span>View</span>ing tool for visualizing and interacting with small genomes. This software is an adaptation of the Java program&nbsp;<a href="https://paulstothard.github.io/cgview/">CGView</a>.</p>
