We have a long-standing interest in protein structure prediction and structure-to-function relationships. We work in the study of biomolecular interactions, modeling of protein complexes, the study and characterization of protein-protein interactions, peptide design, modeling of genetic variation, structure-based protein design and different aspects of Plant Bioinformatics.
