	<title><![CDATA[Fundamentals of Data Visualization by Claus O. Wilke]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span><span>The book is meant as a guide to making visualizations that accurately reflect the data, tell a story, and look professional. It has grown out of my experience of working with students and postdocs in my laboratory on thousands of data visualizations. Over the years, I have noticed that the same issues arise over and over. I have attempted to collect my accumulated knowledge from these interactions in the form of this book.</span></span></p>
<p><span>The entire book is written in R Markdown, using RStudio as my text editor and the&nbsp;</span><span>bookdown</span><span>&nbsp;package to turn a collection of markdown documents into a coherent whole. 	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Epiviz is an interactive visualization tool for functional genomics data. It supports genome navigation like other genome browsers, but allows multiple visualizations of data within genomic regions using scatterplots, heatmaps and other user-supplied visualizations. It also includes data from the&nbsp;</span><a href="http://barcode.luhs.org/" target="_blank">Gene Expression Barcode project</a><span>&nbsp;for transcriptome visualization. It has a flexible plugin framework so users can add</span><a href="http://d3js.org/" target="_blank">d3</a><span>&nbsp;visualizations. <p>Position 1: Traineeship<br />Monthly fellowship (in rupee): 5,000/-<br />No. of vacancies: Two<br />Required Qualification: First Class M.Sc Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ Botany</p>

<p>Position 2: Studentship<br />Monthly fellowship (in rupee): 5,000/-<br />No. of vacancies: Two<br />Required Qualification: M.Phil/M.Tech Bioinformatics/ Biotechnology/ any branch of Life Science students for doing their thesis work in the area of Bioinformatics.</p>

We have a long-standing interest in protein structure prediction and structure-to-function relationships. We work in the study of biomolecular interactions, modeling of protein complexes, the study and characterization of protein-protein interactions, peptide design, modeling of genetic variation, structure-based protein design and different aspects of Plant Bioinformatics.
