	<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>MetaPred2CS Web server&nbsp;</strong>is a meta-predictor based on&nbsp;<a href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17160063">Support Vector Machine (SVM)</a>&nbsp;that combines 6 individual sequence based protein-protein interaction prediction methods to predict&nbsp;<strong>prokaryotic two-component system&nbsp;</strong>protein-protein interactions (PPIs).
