	<title><![CDATA[Taverna Workflow Management System]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>Taverna is an open source domain independent Workflow Management System &ndash; a suite of tools used to design and execute scientific workflows. Taverna has been created by the myGrid project and is funded through a range of organisations and projects.</p>
<p>The Taverna suite is written in Java and includes the Taverna Engine(used for enacting workflows) that powers both the Taverna Workbench(the desktop client application) and the Taverna Server (which allows remote execution of workflows). P. S. Raghava's group (</span><a href="http://webs.iiitd.edu.in/raghava/">http://webs.iiitd.edu.in/raghava/</a><span>&nbsp;). </span></p>
<p><span>The programs and the package are free software for academic users. Permission to use, copy, and modify any part of this software for educational, research and non-profit purposes is hereby granted. In this package or Docker image, number of other supported software has been integrated which may be under other licenses, along with any direct or indirect dependencies of the primary software being contained. 	<description><![CDATA[<div><em>Naegleria fowleri</em>&nbsp;is a free living, universally distributed amoeba, which is mostly found in natural, stagnant, warm water bodies such as ponds, lakes, etc. It is also reported to be present even in indoor water bodies, such as swimming pools within a temperature range of 40&ndash;45&deg;C.&nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><img src="https://d.newsweek.com/en/full/351971/naegleria-fowleri.jpg" alt="image" width="720" height="634" style="border: 0px; border: 0px;">&nbsp;</div><div><em style="font-size: 12.8px;">N. fowleri</em>&nbsp;infects the central nervous system of human body by entering through the nose during swimming and outdoor baths in natural stagnant water bodies, leading to meningoencephalitis. It is a condition of inflammation of cerebral tissues and membranes of the brain and is mostly fatal in nature. <p>Requirements</p>

<p>To be accepted as a PhD student, credits corresponding to four years of full-time studies at the undergraduate level are required, including credits corresponding to at least two years of fulltime studies in chemistry, life sciences or physics, depending on the program. The credits should include courses at the advanced level (second cycle) corresponding to one year and of these one semester should be a degree thesis. In order to facilitate the evaluation of merits and suitability for the PhD studies the curriculum vitae (CV) should contain information about the extent and focus of the academic studies. The quantity (as part of an academic year) and the quality mark of courses in chemistry and physics are of particular interest. The title, number of credits and the length in full-time months of undergraduate thesis and project work, should be specified.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p>FaBI emerged from the respective groups of the four founding societies GI (German Informatics Society), DECHEMA (Society for Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology), GBM (Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) and GDCh (German Chemical Society). In fall 2015, the GMDS (German Society for Medical Informatics, Biometry, and Epidemiology) joined FaBI.
