	<title><![CDATA[DIAMOND]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>DIAMOND is a sequence aligner for protein and translated DNA searches and functions as a drop-in replacement for the NCBI BLAST software tools. It is suitable for protein-protein search as well as DNA-protein search on short reads and longer sequences including contigs and assemblies, providing a speedup of BLAST ranging up to x20,000.</span></p>

	<title><![CDATA[Mugsy: multiple whole genome alignment tool]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Mugsy is a multiple whole genome aligner. Mugsy uses Nucmer for pairwise alignment, a custom graph based segmentation procedure for identifying collinear regions, and the segment-based progressive multiple alignment strategy from Seqan::TCoffee. Mugsy accepts draft genomes in the form of multi-FASTA files and does not require a reference genome.</span></p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>MetaPred2CS Web server&nbsp;</strong>is a meta-predictor based on&nbsp;<a href="http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17160063">Support Vector Machine (SVM)</a>&nbsp;that combines 6 individual sequence based protein-protein interaction prediction methods to predict&nbsp;<strong>prokaryotic two-component system&nbsp;</strong>protein-protein interactions (PPIs). 	<description><![CDATA[<p>This directory contains Genome Browser and Blat application binaries built for standalone <br>command-line use on various supported Linux and UNIX platforms. To determine which set of binaries <br>to download, type "uname -a" on the command line to display your machine type. In most cases the <br>usage statement for the application can be viewed by running the binary with no arguments. <br><br>The UCSC Genome Browser and Blat software are free for academic, nonprofit, and personal use. 	<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Scarpa</strong>&nbsp;is a stand-alone scaffolding tool for NGS data. It can be used together with virtually any genome assembler and any NGS read mapper that supports SAM format. Other features include support for multiple libraries and an option to estimate insert size distributions from data. Scarpa is available free of charge for academic and commercial use under the GNU General Public License (GPL).</p>
