	<title><![CDATA[Epiviz: an interactive visualization tool for functional genomics data.]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Epiviz is an interactive visualization tool for functional genomics data. It supports genome navigation like other genome browsers, but allows multiple visualizations of data within genomic regions using scatterplots, heatmaps and other user-supplied visualizations. It also includes data from the&nbsp;</span><a href="http://barcode.luhs.org/" target="_blank">Gene Expression Barcode project</a><span>&nbsp;for transcriptome visualization. It has a flexible plugin framework so users can add</span><a href="http://d3js.org/" target="_blank">d3</a><span>&nbsp;visualizations. 	<title><![CDATA[PANEV: an R package for a pathway-based network visualization]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>PANEV (PAthway NEtwork Visualizer) is an R package set for gene/pathway-based network visualization. Based on information available on KEGG, it visualizes genes within a network of multiple levels (from 1 to&nbsp;</span><em>n</em><span>) of interconnected upstream and downstream pathways. The network graph visualization helps to interpret functional profiles of a cluster of genes.</span></p>

	<title><![CDATA[CRBHits: From Conditional Reciprocal Best Hits to Codon Alignments and Ka/Ks in R]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>CRBHits is a coding sequence (CDS) analysis pipeline in R (R Core Team, 2019). It reimplements the Conditional Reciprocal Best Hit (CRBH) algorithm crb-blast and covers all necessary steps from sequence similarity searches, codon alignments to Ka/Ks calculations and synteny. 	<title><![CDATA[New born babies get ready to know their whole genome soon!!!]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>USA launch a pilot projects to examine medical information of newborn baby, which are being funded by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) and the National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), both parts of the National Institutes of Health.</p><p>Awards of $5 million to four grantees have been made in fiscal year 2013 under the Genomic Sequencing and Newborn Screening Disorders research program.
