	<title><![CDATA[Caulobacter ethensis - 2.0 : Computer-generated Genome of a Living Organism]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<div><span>All the genome sequences of organisms known throughout the world are stored in a database belonging to the National Center for Biotechnology Information in the United States. 	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Peregrine is a fast genome assembler for accurate long reads (length &gt; 10kb, accuracy &gt; 99%). It can assemble a human genome from 30x reads within 20 cpu hours from reads to polished consensus.
