	<description><![CDATA[<p>The new publicly available assembly (PacBio&nbsp;<a href="https://www.globenewswire.com/Tracker?data=IM2cKfZgtHafORdb9VSstujBjyW-aIzFILCtXNAkcY_yqVmxdjvG01R_FZQC7zLxs-alqquXwsW6MG98G9-g-ym8Nue2pmUZMtkIg3FIat2mYbJ-z2Ra367GlinbO13x" target="_blank" title=""><span style="text-decoration: underline;">HG00733</span></a>) has the fewest gaps of any human genome assembly, with more than half of the genome contained in gapless sequence at least 27 Mb long. The primary contig assembly is 2.89 Gb long and consists of 865 contigs that were assembled with PacBio data generated with the company&rsquo;s Sequel<span>&reg;</span>&nbsp;System. 	<title><![CDATA[ARCS: scaffolding genome drafts with linked reads]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>ARCS, an application that utilizes the barcoding information contained in linked reads to further organize draft genomes into highly contiguous assemblies. We show how the contiguity of an ABySS&nbsp;</span><em>H.sapiens</em><span>genome assembly can be increased over six-fold, using moderate coverage (25-fold) Chromium data. Now, it is important to remember that to get&nbsp;</span><em>all k-mers</em><span>&nbsp;from a sequence you need to get the first&nbsp;</span><em>k</em><span>&nbsp;characters, then move just a single character for the start of the next&nbsp;</span><em>k-mer</em><span>&nbsp;and so on. 	<description><![CDATA[<p>Generic Genome Browser Version 2: A Tutorial for Administrators</p>
<p>This is an extensive tutorial to take you through the main features and gotchas of configuring GBrowse as a server. This tutorial assumes that you have successfully set up Perl, GD, BioPerl and the other GBrowse dependencies. If you haven't, please see the <a href="http://gmod.org/wiki/GBrowse_2.0_HOWTO">GBrowse HOWTO</a> During most of the tutorial, we will be using the "in-memory" GBrowse database (no relational database required!) Later we will show how to set up a genome size database using the berkeleydb and MySQL adaptors.</p>
