	<title><![CDATA[SIMBA: a Genome Assembly Project Management System]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>SIMBA</span><span>, SImple Manager for Bacterial Assemblies, is a Web interface for managing assembly projects of bacterial genomes. SIMBA was created to assist bioinformaticians to assemble bacterial genomes sequenced with NextGeneration Sequencing (NGS) platforms quickly, easily and effectively. Our goal is not to recreate other services, but to provide a straightforward way to deploy best-of-breed open-source systems for ML to diverse infrastructures. 	<title><![CDATA[regioneR: an R package for the management and comparison of genomic regions]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Regioner is an R package for the management and comparison of genomic regions. It offers a set of function for basic manipulation of region sets extending the functionality of GenomicRanges and a powerful and customizable permutation test framework. With it, it's possible to study the association of a set of regions with other sets of regions, functions defined over the genome or essentially any user defined function.</span></p>

	<title><![CDATA[Mesquite: A modular system for evolutionary analysis]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p><span>Mesquite is modular, extendible software for evolutionary biology, designed to help biologists organize and analyze comparative data about organisms. Its emphasis is on phylogenetic analysis, but some of its modules concern population genetics, while others do non-phylogenetic multivariate analysis. Because it is modular, the analyses available depend on the modules installed.</span></p>

	<title><![CDATA[Taverna Workflow Management System]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>Taverna is an open source domain independent Workflow Management System &ndash; a suite of tools used to design and execute scientific workflows. Taverna has been created by the myGrid project and is funded through a range of organisations and projects.</p>
<p>The Taverna suite is written in Java and includes the Taverna Engine(used for enacting workflows) that powers both the Taverna Workbench(the desktop client application) and the Taverna Server (which allows remote execution of workflows).
