	<description><![CDATA[<p>Juicebox is visualization software for Hi-C data. This distribution includes the source code for Juicebox,&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/theaidenlab/juicer/wiki/Download">Juicer Tools</a>, and&nbsp;<a href="https://aidenlab.org/assembly/">Assembly Tools</a>.&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/theaidenlab/juicebox/wiki/Download">Download Juicebox here</a>, or use&nbsp;<a href="https://aidenlab.org/juicebox">Juicebox on the web</a>. <p>This position is an early career research scientist in the area of Bioinformatics to support research projects involving faculty and staff, at Oklahoma State University (OSU). This is a highly technical position that requires a strong research background in biomedical or life sciences, including a high level of expertise with bioinformatics algorithms, databases, and analyses with a focus on next-generation sequence data. Although most of the projects will deal directly with the analysis of DNA and RNA sequence data the individual should be well versed in other types of data sources as well (i.e., microarrays) and handling of large datasets (using data analytics, machine learning, and deep learning techniques). </p>

<p>Applications are invited for one position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in a Department of Biotechnology (DBT) sponsored research project entitled “Design, synthesis and evaluation of potent aminopeptidase inhibitors for malarial therapy” under the supervision of Dr. Shakti Sahi.</p>

<p>The monthly fellowship of JRF will be Rs 12,000/- plus HRA as per the University rules.</p>

<p>Essential Qualification: Master degree in any discipline of Life Science with NET qualified.</p>

<p>Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to candidates having research experience in in silico drug designing/Bioinformatics.</p>
