	<description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Stampy&nbsp;</strong><span>is a package for the mapping of short reads from illumina sequencing machines onto a reference genome. It's recommended for most workflows, including those for genomic resequencing, RNA-Seq and Chip-seq.
