	<title><![CDATA[Fix rewritable error of ELGG !]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>The&nbsp;<code><a href="https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_rewrite.html">mod_rewrite</a></code>&nbsp;module uses a rule-based rewriting engine, based on a PCRE regular-expression parser, to rewrite requested URLs on the fly. By default,&nbsp;<code><a href="https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_rewrite.html">mod_rewrite</a></code>&nbsp;maps a URL to a filesystem path. However, it can also be used to redirect one URL to another URL, or to invoke an internal proxy fetch.</p>
<p><code><a href="https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_rewrite.html">mod_rewrite</a></code>&nbsp;provides a flexible and powerful way to manipulate URLs using an unlimited number of rules. Each rule can have an unlimited number of attached rule conditions, to allow you to rewrite URL based on server variables, environment variables, HTTP headers, or time stamps.</p>
<p><code><a href="https://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.4/mod/mod_rewrite.html">mod_rewrite</a></code>&nbsp;operates on the full URL path, including the path-info section. A rewrite rule can be invoked in&nbsp;<code>httpd.conf</code>&nbsp;or in&nbsp;<code>.htaccess</code>. The path generated by a rewrite rule can include a query string, or can lead to internal sub-processing, external request redirection, or internal proxy throughput.</p>

	<description><![CDATA[<p><a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/k-mer">What is a&nbsp;<em>k-mer</em>&nbsp;anyway?</a><span>&nbsp;A&nbsp;</span><em>k-mer</em><span>&nbsp;is just a sequence of&nbsp;</span><em>k</em><span>&nbsp;characters in a string (or nucleotides in a DNA sequence). Now, it is important to remember that to get&nbsp;</span><em>all k-mers</em><span>&nbsp;from a sequence you need to get the first&nbsp;</span><em>k</em><span>&nbsp;characters, then move just a single character for the start of the next&nbsp;</span><em>k-mer</em><span>&nbsp;and so on. 	<title><![CDATA[GenomeComp]]></title>
	<description><![CDATA[<p>GenomeComp is a tool for summarizing, parsing and visualizing the genome wide sequence comparison results derived from voluminous BLAST textual output, so as to locate the rearrangements, insertions or deletions of genome segments between species or strains.<br><br>It can be easily used to compare, parsing and visualize large genomic sequences, especially closely related genomes such as inter-species or inter-strains. In addition, it can also show other sequence features like repeat sequence distributions in one whole-genome DNA sequence by comparing the genome to itself.<br><br>It is a stand-alone graphical user interface (GUI) program which runs on Linux, Unix, Mac OS X (tested on version 10.2.4 only) and Microsoft Windows platforms and is written in Perl/Tk.</p><p>Address of the bookmark: <a href="http://www.mgc.ac.cn/GenomeComp/" rel="nofollow">http://www.mgc.ac.cn/GenomeComp/</a></p>]]></description>
