The goal of this short film is to introduce the audience to the emerging field of personalized cancer treatment. The story is loosely based on a rare case studied at the BC Cancer Agency's Genome Sciences Centre. The study, to the best of our knowledge, was the first in the world to examine a single individual's cancer genome in order to determine the best course of therapy where no established treatment regimen existed.
