The overlapping criteria are commonly used when a region from dataset "overlaps" with a particular annotation.
You can predict by looking at EpiExplorer percentage which supports three main overlap criteria: Any overlap - which contain at least 1bp overlaps, Medium overlap - at least 10% overlaps and Strong overlap - at least 50% of the region covered by the annotation.
