Hi JitBiotech,
I am afraid, any server for physiochemical data to OTU distribution prediction is not known to me, but it seems interesting puzzle. If you have NGS data then QIIME, which is an open-source bioinformatics pipeline, can be useful for performing microbiome analysis using raw DNA sequencing data. QIIME is designed to take users from raw sequencing data generated on the Illumina or other platforms through publication quality graphics and statistics. This includes demultiplexing and quality filtering, OTU picking, taxonomic assignment, and phylogenetic reconstruction, and diversity analyses and visualizations.

Hi JitBiotech,
There are few website that can help in this regard. Please check out these websites for more detail.

Thanks
Thank you very much for all the webtools. Although my job cannot be done with these servers, all these will be very useful for bioinformatics work.
