Question: In sequence read archive(SRA) database, is there any option to fill the MD5 checksum box. What i have to write there??

Please enter file names, md5sums etc, then put files on ftp:/
you can use Windows Explorer but not Internet Explorer for uploads
From unix/linux:
Address: ftp-private.ncbi.nih.gov

I did't understand your question completly. I guess you are working with SRA database submission and need to know how to calculate MD5 checkhum.

Actually i m working on Transcriptome shotgun assembly database. In TSA db, 3 submissions are there. I have done 2 i.e Bioproject and Biosample data submission. I m confusing about SRA database submission.
