In the result page of BLAST, graphical summary shows "Distribution of 100 Blast Hits on the Query Sequence", but the bar that we get isn't 100. is thr any icon to click so that we get all 100 bars?

I recommend you to please use offline (command line) BLAST. You can also use BLAT for this purpose which is easy to install and use.
